An Afternoon at MOMA

Spent a Sunday afternoon at MOMA in a attempt to capture the people interacting and reacting with the art around them. Patti Smith’s unannounced performance was a nice surprise.

A bit about my camera and settings, Nikon D810 with Nikkor 24 – 70mm f2.8, spent most of the day at 2.8 and auto ISO, in attempt to compensate for the low light of the museum. Lesson learned there was that it’s better raise the f stop to bring more of the scene into focus when it makes the composition and sacrifice the noise of the higher ISO. I knew this but still learning to bring it all together.
